Abstract

"Art & Soul" piece on two groups of local musicians who have been meeting and talking about the things that concern. The musicians in the Coalition of Maine Performers are mostly in their late 20s and early 30s, many of them singer-songwriters with a soft sound. The other group, which lacks a name, are younger, work in trash and metal and post-punk bands, and meet informally at the Warehouse. Details.
