Abstract

"News-O-Rama" piece reporting that developer Pamela Gleichman of Portland has been fined $4,400 for 88 code violations at an Atlanta, Georgia, housing complex she owns. The problems at the Atlanta complex came were discovered after a nine-year-old girl was raped in a building supposedly covered by round-the-clock security.
