Abstract

Davis Thomas writes about Dr. Benjamin Lake Noyes, a physician and surgeon, and the construction in 1902 of his new house in Stonington in 1902, at what is estimated to be the princely sum of $20,000. Dr. Noyes was a man of many interests, with real estate, politics, electrical power history, and photograhy being included among them. Some of his photographs of Stonington at the turn of the century illustrated this article.
