Abstract

"Inside Maine" dining piece on Apollo's Bistro in Waterville, under outstanding chef Sean Doherty. Both Doherty and owner Keli Kenyon grew up in Waterville. Kenyon's mother and many of her eight siblings work at Apollo's Day Spa, located below the restaurant.
