Abstract

"What's in a Picture?" piece on a photograph by Casco Bay Weekly photographer, Tonee Harbert, at a 1990 event presenting the first Atlantic salmon caught on the Penobscot River. The image captures what Harbert called a "surreal moment," of "pomp and circumstance over a prominently placed dead fish."
