Abstract
Completed in 2010 after four years of work, "The Ultimate Maine Cottage", with a 8,770 square foot main house, is a culmination of the work of many Maine craftsmen. The dream house of Paul Coulombe, CEO of White Rock Distilleries in Lewiston, required the creativity of the owner and the skilled craftsmen, often 60 working at a time. The complex, located on Pratt's Island off Southport, includes a main house, guesthouse, barn, "boathouse", cabana, and stone terrace. With photos showing details and features of the house and comments from several craftsmen involved in the project.
