Abstract

Boston architect Jim Higgins purchased a modular kit house and had it assembled in South Eliot. The modern, minimalist, modestly-priced house was designed by the Chilean-American designer Rocio Romero, while Higgins himself designed the interior in a way that complements the clean lines of the building.
