Abstract

An in-depth look at the effect that the legalization of recreational marijuana has had on Starks, a small town in western Maine that has long been the hub of the state's marijuana culture. Relations between attendees at Harry Brown's annual music and anti-drug-war advocacy festivals and townspeople have improved, but tensions still linger.
