Abstract

Profile of Ashley Bryan, the 96 year old artist who served in a segregated U.S. Army during WWII. He drew throughout the war, sending his drawings home to his parents. In the 1980s, he moved to Maine. His recently-released memoir titled "Infinite Hope" marks the first time the artist has shared his wartime art with the public.
