Brief discussion of the 10 properties newly designated as landmarks by the Portland Historic Preservation Board, including the Odd Fellows Block on Forest Avenue and the William Parks and Henry Rowe houses in the Munjoy hill neighborhood. Also mentions properties rejected as landmarks by the Board, as well as the support and opposition faced by each recommendation.
