Abstract

Review of 518 Noodle Bar in Kittery. Owners Bing Zhou, Xue Zheng, and Lyle Brown opened their restaurant two months before the pandemic arrived. They are currently offering only takeout. The menu focuses mostly on Chinese dishes, but includes a few fusion recipes.
