Abstract
The presidents of Maine Maritime Academy, College of the Atlantic, and the Island Institute meet to discuss a wide-range of issues facing the coastal Maine and the Maine Island communities. Discussion involved how their individual institutions are preparing their students and interns for leadership, as well as how to prepare students to be able to make the transition from the current natural resourced-based economies in these areas, should that fall, to some other model.
