Abstract

"Newsworthy." Former Hannaford CEO Hugh Farrington was tapped by the Cumberland County Civic Center to head an eight-member advisory committee charged with recommending what should become of the facility. Among the questions are whether the facility should remain in downtown Portland, and improvement possibilities are many.
