Abstract

"Business Maine: Central & Western" piece reporting that a 21-year-old woman was killed by the same machine that injured another worker last spring at the Dingley Press in Lisbon. Kayla Cox of Dixfield apparently died of severe trauma to the head. The Lisbon Police Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are investigating the accident. OSHA allowed the company to make the machine operational the day after Cox died.
