Abstract

"New Entrepreneurs" piece with an interview with Josh Styles, owner of the Boston Beef Works sandwich shop in Bath. He wanted to replicate the type of sandwich shop he had become familiar with in Massachusetts. He started the business on a mobile cart and self-financed most of it through his cleaning and painting company, which he still runs.
