Condo possibilities are cited for the Danforth Inn in Portland and The Inn at Goose Rocks in Kennebunkport, both of which are for sale, and the Oyster Shell Motel in Damariscotta being sold as condo units. The number of guest rooms at the recently-sold Black Point Inn in Scarborough was reduced and the property subdivided for 13 single-family homes.
