"Focus on Building & Real Estate" piece on Elaine Abel of Orion LLC of Waldoboro, a construction management firm for new and existing vacation homes, geared to out-of-state owners. Homeowners appreciate having someone overseeing the myriad building tasks, and contractors like having an on-site representative. When she first started Abel Property Management, Abel found herself doing more caretaking than construction oversight, in which she has a degree.
