"Venture Builder" piece on how Maine might mirror the federal government's innovative cluster strategy through inventorying regional and industry assets, activating the cluster by different forms of interaction, and increasing the linkages between cluster elements. All of northern New England and upstate New York, for example, share common challenges and opportunities stemming from their industrial heritage.
