Abstract

After the failure of last year's Mountain Cats United States Basketball League team, starting up the new Portland Wave won't be an easy task. Owner Henry "Bill" Beyer has already felt some resistance from vendors who went unpaid when the Mountain Cats left town; and he has only ten weeks to assemble a team and design his promotions.
