Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece with a profile of Daniel O'Leary, credited with reviving the Portland Museum of Art in the 1990s, who will lead three of Roxanne Quimby's philanthropies. The transformation that O'Leary brought to the PMA is the type of change Quimby wants to see more of in Portland and Maine. She is uniting three of her non-profits--Elliotsville Plantation, the Quimby Family Foundation, and the Quimby Colony--and is hiring O'Leary to manage them all.
