Abstract

Occupy Maine protesters have been camping in Portland's Lincoln Park since October 2, despite being denied an overnight camping permit by the City of Portland in early December. The national Occupy movement supported National Bank Transfer Day in November and some joined up with occupiers in Manchester during the New Hampshire Primary.
