Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on delays to the state budget process caused by continued problems with computers at the Department of Health and Human Services that led to at least 19,000 Mainers receiving MaineCare benefits despite being ineligible for MaineCare. DHHS Commissioner Mary Mayhew said that the dollar amounts should be provided to lawmakers in four weeks.
