Abstract

On the record” interview with Leigh Reynolds. Reynolds, along with her daughter Taylor, founded a company called Gluten Free Therapeutics of Kennebunkport that makes supplements for people who follow a gluten-free diet. Reynolds discusses celiac disease and the importance of nutritional supplements. She also talks about what goes into their supplements and explains a little bit of the science behind them.
