Abstract

“Focus Real Estate/Construction/Design” piece on Enterprise Trenchless Technologies Inc. of Lisbon which uses an innovative horizontal drilling process to lay natural gas pipelines. ETTI’s president, Scott Kelly, predicts that the company will double its revenues and staff this year thanks to the increased demand for natural gas. Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) is a cheaper, quicker, and less intrusive way to lay pipes than traditional methods. Natural gas projects account for 35% to 40% of ETTI’s total business.
