Abstract
Cross Employee Benefits is launching a private health exchange, which will be an online benefits store offering health insurance and other health-related products such as dental and vision benefits. Cross is partnering with Liazon Corp., using proprietary software that uses algorithms to help guide users in helping to decide what their health insurance needs are and what contributions toward that they themselves are able to make, in addition to what their employers are providing.
