Abstract

The University of Southern Maine is creating a new program that will develop a "private-public policy workforce to serve infrastructure development in the industrial sector." In addition to improving the state's infrastructure, it will also create jobs. Challenges facing this initiative are presented, as well as a text box scoring Maine's infrastructure on an A-F scale.
