Abstract

"This Just In" piece reporting that Chris Miller, a progressive Maine Democrat, has filed papers to unseat Gov. John Baldacci. Miller said he will announce his candidacy later this week, then launch his effort to get the required 2,000 to 3,000 signatures on his nominating petition to force a primary runoff with Baldacci. Miller was elected vice-president of the Maine Progressive Caucus in 2004.
