Abstract

Review of "A More Perfect Union: Radio Plays on the Meaning of America," by Portland's Mad Horse Theatre Company, at the C. W. White Gallery, through Dec. 2. The plays were broadcast in 1941 and written by a group called "The Free Company," which included Sherwood Anderson and Orson Welles. The plays were chosen by Artistic Director Andrew Sokoloff in response to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11.
