Abstract

Article on the high-end condominium market in Portland, noting that penthouse condos atop the proposed Residences at Westin are rumored to be priced as high as $5 million. Tom Niles, a developer on the Westin project, said the top mark at Westin will be closer to $1.6 million for a 2,000-square-foot dwelling. With a list of the current top five standard-setters in terms of price and luxury, none of which exceeds $700,000.
