"Real Estate" piece describing four luxurious homes for sale in Maine matched with four lower-priced alternatives, including: 104 West St. in Portland, a John Calvin Stevens house listed at $1.585 million, and an 1890 Shingle Style cottage in Bangor built by Gov. F.H. Parkhurst listed at $500,000; Arrowhead Lodge on 12.4 acres in Naples on Long Lake, listed at $3.95 million, and a cottage on Little Sebago Lake listed at $225,000; a "cottage" with 500 feet of frontage on Quahog Bay listed at $3.485 million, and an oceanfront home in Lubec listed at $159,000; and the landmark 1753 James Smith Homestead on 50 acres in Kennebunk, listed for $999,500, and a house, barn, and ten acres in Mars Hill listed for $165,000.
