Abstract

"House of the month" piece on the Keeper's House at Robinson Point Lighthouse Station on Isle Au Haut, which for $2.2 million comes with its own desalination system and a bio-diesel processor, driven by solar and wind power and a generator. It has a guest house, two cabins, a boathouse and pier, 700 feet of bold, deepwater shore frontage, and access to daily scheduled ferry service from Stonington.
