Profiles of several energy-conscious Mainers, including Alex Duthie of Fryeburg, a former professor of animal science at the University of Vermont, who helped develop the original ice-cream mix for Ben & Jerry's. He and his wife Beverly have installed two wind turbines on their Springmont farm.
