Abstract

One of Bar Harbor's original rusticator homes that escaped the 1947 fire was known to vacationers as the Inn at Canoe Point. It was built in 1889 for Cornelia Prime and was returned to a single-family home in 2001. It is now for sale for $4,475,000.
