"Cuiscene" piece on the popularity of Maine-made food outside of the state. Maine products such as Morse's sauerkraut, Sisters Salsa, sea urchins, lobster, Ducktrap River Farm's smoked salmon, Hancock Gourmet Lobster's lobster mac and cheese, blueberries, and Shipyard Brewery's Pumpkinhead Ale are all listed as examples of items that are either shipped to or picked up by residents of other states.
