Abstract

New shops and restaurants that have appeared in Portland recently are described. Included are the restaurants Hero, Scales, Rhum, Drifter's Wife Wine Bar, and Sip of Europe; clothing stores Fat Face and Cara's Matchmaking; Portland Science (and Art) Center; and businesses located on Thompson's Point (The Rink, Circus Maine, Color Me Mine, Open Bench Project, Cellar Door and Winery, Big J's, Bissel Brothers, and The International Cryptozoology Museum). A list of performers and bands that will be performing on Thompson's Point in 2016 is listed. [images]
