Abstract

Dinner & Conversation- Salt and Sauce a new community platform offering family style dinners from LB Kitchen. The Great War- From the Kennebunks to the Argonne Forest: The Great War that Changed Us exhibit at the Brick Store Museum to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the WWI armistice. Shoe-In- New Balance shoes will manufacture sneakers for the military as part of the Berry Amendment. Military members must wear American made uniforms. Senators Susan Collins, Angus King and Bruce Poliquin pushed for the amendment. Ram Pride- Architectural Digest honored Deering High School along with 49 others as Maine's most beautiful public high schools. The Village Expands- Jeanne Hulit of Wells candle company, Village Candles expands sales to UK and continental Europe.
