Abstract

Harley Mansfield, 18, of Ellsworth, ate about one ounce of illegal hallucinogenic mushrooms on October 15, and was found drowned in the Union River on November 7. The mushrooms which Mansfield ate were found growing in a field in Ellsworth, but officials are at a lost to explain why the non-indigenous fungus would be growing there. Details.
