The first phase of construction on the new Portland-South Portland Bridge is scheduled to begin tomorrow, as work crews remove the traffic islands at the intersection of Broadway and Waterman Drive in South Portland -- During the first week of April, Broadway will be narrowed to two lanes, and temporary traffic lights will be set up at certain intersections in anticipation of changing traffic patterns -- Details
