Hilary Whitmore, 10, of Raymond, came out of intensive care at the University of Chicago Medical Center Sunday, three days after receiving part of her mother's liver. Hilary's mother, Dianna Martin, is recovering well after having the left lobe of her kidney removed, and was discharged from the hospital Monday. Details.
