Joseph Boulos, 47, owner of The Boulos Co., has brought the 18-year-old brokerage and development company through the recession in relatively good shape. The company owns outright or in partnership some 1.4 million square feet of space from Portland to Ellsworth, and made big money on the sale of the original Clark's Pond development to New Market Development of Atlanta.
