The National Collegiate Athletic Association will begin a three-day visit to the University of Maine at Orono tomorrow to collect information about problems in the school's athletic department. There have been no formal allegations of wrongdoing at the school, but the NCAA rarely conducts on-campus inquiries unless major violations are at least a possibility. Details.
