The Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department is trying to determine whether Deputy Paul Harrison was following proper procedure governing high-speed chases when he hit an oncoming vehicle during a chase Thursday. Sandra Chase, 54, of Poland, died of injuries in the crash, while the vehicle being chased was able to elude authorities. Details.
