Abstract

Rosemary A. Reid, who had announced that she did not intend to seek reelection to her seat on the Cape Elizabeth School Board, is now mounting a last minute write-in campaign. Reid said she decided to run again after watching a candidates' night program on cable television. She said that she believes the people of Cape Elizabeth deserve need someone on the board who understands the budget and finance.
