Abstract

Scott Prewara, 20, of Portland, pleaded guilty 11 days ago to two counts of gross sexual assault for the 1991 rape of a six-month-old girl. Prewara was subjected to a battery of psychological tests after the incident, and the results portray a naive, impulsive and immature young man who has been likened to a 5-year-old inside a man's body. Prewara is in jail, awaiting sentencing this summer. Details.
