Abstract

State and local police have arrested Mark Gessner, 30, of Nobleboro, and charged him with the murder of Melvin Henderson, who was found shot to death in his Bath greenhouse on Thursday. When 14 or 15 years old, Gessner had worked at Henderson's greenhouse. State Police spokesman Stephen McCausland has refused to comment on a motive. Details.
