Abstract

A New Hampshire newspaper has reported that Dale Olmstead, Freeport's town manager, is being offered the job of city manager in Lebanon. Olmstead said that he is a candidate for the job but Lebanon officials haven't contacted him about being the top choice, nor has he decided to take the position, if offered.
