Abstract

A movement is underway in Scarborough to raise $80,000 for a lighting system at the school department's atheltic complex near the high school on Route 114. The complex currently consists of four tennis courts, two full-size baseball fields, an outdoor track, a soccer field, a multi-use field, and two little league fields. There are no plans to allow school teams to play at night. The lighting would benefit community groups using the complex.
