Abstract

A number of South Portlanders are upset by plans to cluster more than a dozen homes at one end of a subdivision off Mitchell Road. While the homes will be in Cape Elizabeth, the only access to them will be by roads located in South Portland, where neighbors have expresssed concern over an increase in traffic. South Portland city managerJere Bryant has scheduled a meeting at Small School on Wednesday to answer questions and discuss what the the city can do about the development.
