Paul Butler, 27, of Portland, yesterday reported that his vehicle was the target of another explosive in Sagamore Village. Butler was involved in an incident at Sagamore on June 19, when his car was damaged by explosives and he and a friend were beaten in a brawl after they confronted a group of men shooting off illegal fireworks.
