Abstract

Greg and Deborah Young of Raymond, whose 16-year-old daughter Ellen died last winter from carbon monoxide poisoning, yesterday filed suit in Cumberland County Superior Court against the four companies that had installed or serviced their furnace. The suit alleges that negligence on the part of Maingas Inc., Don Rich Heating Inc., Avery Services Inc. and Haley Metal Supply Inc. resulted in Ellen's death and physical and emotional injuries to the survivors.
